I NEED COMPUTER HELP!!!!

okay, all u smarties out there, i NEED your help. I've been having problems for a long time with my computer just deciding to restart itself whenever it feels like it, and before i reformatted it, it sent me this serious error message that like never goes away, and i just have to minimize it, and this is the coding in the error.. mean anything?

i don't know if i should just delete these files from my computer?? after i reformatted my harddrive, i still have had problems w/ my computer sparatically restarting, and now i just got that error that won't go away again.... WHAT IS GOING ON!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! shouldn't reformatting my harddrive gotten rid of everything?

You are assuming the restarts were being caused by bad data to begin with. It's much more likely that the bad data was caused by one of the restarts and that the restarts are being caused by something else. My first thought is a bad power supply, but don't fix it first as it's a little more expensive to do. The easy check is to make sure the fan on your processor and on the chipset of the motherboard (if you have a fan there) are still turning when powered on. Next, try leaving the side of your case off for awhile to see if heat is to blame. Use canned air and blow all the dust out of there because it's a big cause of overheating for computers. Do this outside, in a garage, etc., or whoever vacuums the carpets around there will get PISSED! =)
